  1. Directur :

Manage the Company to achieve its vision and mission by complying with the Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations. The Board of Directors carries out the Company's daily operational activities and leads the Company to achieve the Company's stated aims and objectives and business activities.

  1. General Manager :

Leading several or all functional managers so that they have some responsibility for all parts of management in the company.

  1. Financial Administration:

Prepare profit and loss statements, financial balance sheets, and budget reports. Identify financial liabilities and carry out risk analysis of liquidity and cash flow. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration.

  1. Project Manager:

Starting a project is like checking feasibility and assembling a budget, team, and resources. Carry out planning which includes setting goals and objectives, determining roles and scheduling tasks to suit client needs.

  1. Site  Manager:

Plan all construction activities and create scheduling to ensure the project runs according to the timeline. Check and supervise the stock of equipment and materials on the project.

  1. Administration:

As an administrative staff member, you are responsible for organizing and managing various types of company documents, including correspondence, contracts, personnel documents and other important documents.

  1. legality and Licensing:

Manage all matters regarding regulations and laws in the company. Their duties are very varied, from processing permits, acting as representatives in court, to providing legal advice to companies.

  1. Structur engineering:

Organize and control construction work in accordance with predetermined criteria in the form of cost, time and quality. Prepare a daily work program and submit it to workers in the field.

  1. Marketing:

Assist in implementing marketing strategies. Assist marketing managers in overseeing marketing activities. Increase brand awareness by managing marketing strategies across various marketing channels (both digital and traditional) and through various marketing activities

  1. Supervisor:

as a bridge between managers and executive staff or lower level staff. A supervisor's job is to have direct contact with his staff, this is to ensure the smooth running and completion of work.  

11. Estimator:

Create a project Cost Budget Plan (RAB). Create a Time Schedule and application. Create Bill of Materials and Bill of Quantity along with analysis. Make estimated calculations of material and equipment requirements for each job according to the project work stages.

Rajawali Construction Engineering is a national private company engaged in the construction sector, especially in the field of project planning and construction, which is located on Jalan Kencana, no. 2, Semarang City.

 

In2018 we planned this company carefully and carefully by the investors who collaborated with us.

In 2019 we will start to open up employment opportunities, we need personnel and employees to support Rajawali Construction Engineering to make it more advanced.

In 2020 we opened and started looking for clients, it was difficult for clients to trust us who were still beginners.

In 2021 we will start to have many clients because we have started to have experience and our good quality makes our clients satisfied.

In 2022, our company will begin to stabilize because we understand how to handle clients and always provide maximum results.
